All booking details are confirmed by us via a Booking Confirmation email and are deemed to have been accepted by you and your party.
We require 50% upfront to hold your dates upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
Payment must be made to Stripe and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations, and any other deductions. We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment:
If you cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. At least a 50% refund of the amount payable (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. There is no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
If you wish to alter your booking (e.g. change the dates of your stay or the accommodation requested), we will use all our reasonable efforts to comply with your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that may be incurred in that circumstance.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that the property is not occupied by more people than is stated on your Booking Confirmation email, which is set to the number of beds in the property. No unregistered guests or visitors unless preapproved.
The check-in is at 4 p.m. The self-check-in code will be provided in the check-in instructions provided two days prior to your arrival. Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late, the guest will be charged. If there is any delay in vacating the property beyond the agreed time, a full day’s rental may be charged to you.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
We cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal effects that may occur while staying at the accommodation. Neither we, nor our representatives, can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, or failure of any public service supply.
Our team and subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to your convenience, for the purpose of inspection of the property and carrying out any essential repair or maintenance work.
A pet fee is required if you are bringing a pet. Make sure to register the pet and pay the fee. Dogs must be on a leash, and no pets are allowed on furniture or beds. If we find evidence of urine or damage in the cabin, you will be charged for it.
We operate a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted on the property. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the cabin, you will be charged for extra cleaning.
