We require 50% upfront to hold your dates upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
Payment must be made to Stripe and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations, and any other deductions. We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment:
Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX, Switch, Delta.
Please note that if you cancel, a processing fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.
If you wish to alter your booking (e.g. change the dates of your stay or the accommodation requested), we will use all our reasonable efforts to comply with your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that may be incurred in that circumstance.
You are responsible for ensuring that the property is not occupied by more people than is stated on your Booking Confirmation email, which is set to the number of beds in the property. No unregistered guests or visitors unless pre approved.
The check-in is at 4 p.m. The self-check-in code will be provided in the check-in instructions provided two days prior to your arrival. Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late, the guest will be charged. If there is any delay in vacating the property beyond the agreed time, a full day’s rental may be charged to you.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
We cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal effects that may occur while staying at the accommodation. Neither we, nor our representatives, can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, or failure of any public service supply.
Our team and subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to your convenience, for the purpose of inspection of the property and carrying out any essential repair or maintenance work.
A pet fee is required if you’re bringing a pet. Please ensure you register your pet and pay the fee. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation.
Dogs are welcome, with the exception of puppies (under 1 year old) and specific breeds, including German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, Belgian Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, and all other Shepherd breeds, as well as Pit Bulls, Huskies, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees, and Bernese Mountain Dogs. Cats are also not permitted.
Additionally, pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept on a leash, and pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any evidence of urine or damage found in the cabin will result in additional charges.

Smoking
We operate a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted on the property. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the cabin, you will be charged for extra cleaning.”
